CANCELLATION POLICY

For 1st late cancellations (LESS THAN 24 HOURS NOTICE) or NO SHOWS you will be charged 50% of missed service cost in order to reschedule or reserve your next appointment. After second late cancellation or no show, you will have to pay 100% of your missed service in order to reschedule or reserve your next appointment. If you are receiving multiple services in one appointment and want to cancel one of the services day of, you will still be charged for that service. If you would like to remove one of the services from your appointment, you must contact me 24 hours or more in order not to be charged.

If you are sick or displaying any symptoms please contact me as soon as possible to reschedule. Exceptions can be made on a case to case basis regarding my cancellation policy for illness.

LATE POLICY

If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, your appointment may be rescheduled or adjustments may be made to the services (no blow dry or haircut, etc.). Please understand that starting your service late will inconvenience guests that are scheduled after you, so please be on time and keep the good vibes flowing.

ONLINE BOOKING REQUESTS

I will not be offering online booking requests at this time. Please reach out to me personally to schedule your appointment or if you have any questions. Text and email are the fastest way to get a response. If you call and I'm unable to answer, please leave a message and I will call you back as soon as possible.
